HASTILITE HRD is a specially designed nano-diamond slurry for lapping hard ceramic or crystalline materials, specifically designed for multiple plane finishing of sapphire. Its unique formulation combines mechanical and chemical properties to provide high removal rates of 20-60 micron / hr. and superior surface finishes of <1 nm Ra. A unique, final lapping formula used in both conventional and double side operations, HASTILITE HRD leaves the surface fine lapped and uniform, where unique chemical and mechanical properties allow for best final lapping and finish.

Application

Use Hastilite HRD solution as is. For best results, please consult with UPI technical staff to recommend optimal processing conditions.
