UniClean DSA

UniClean DSA is a unique highly alkaline cleaner designed for the cleaning of diamond, silicon dioxide, and aluminum oxide slurries and particles from polishing applications.  UniClean DSA effectively removes swarf, additives, suspension agents and residues.  This unique surfactant can effectively be removed with minimal rinsing at ambient conditions.  

Application

The recommended initial dilution ratio of UniClean DSA is 2% by volume, concentrations may vary between 1% and 10% depending upon application. UniClean DSA should be used at room temperature, but can be used at slightly elevated temperatures not exceeding 50°C (122°F) For best results, please consult with UPI technical staff to recommend optimal processing conditions.
