TECHNICAL DATA
Uniclean 9.0 Aqueous Cleaner
KC3000
Uniclean 9.0 is a high performance, alkaline powder, cleaning agent designed to replace hazardous, toxic, or waste intensive materials. Uniclean 9.0 is used to dissolve adhesives and as an emulsifier for organics, hydrocarbons, or petroleum products. Corrosion inhibitors may be added to protect sensitive metals or alloys. Application
Dilute Uniclean 9.0 with water to create cleaning detergent. Preferred, but not required, water type is DI or RO water. Concentration can vary per operation. For dissolving Unibond, dilute 10-20 grams of Uniclean 9.0 in 1 L of water. Heat, agitation, and ultrasonics can be used to vastly decrease de-blocking and cleaning times. It is recommended to ultrasonicate at a temperature higher than Unibond's melting point. Generally, most Unibonds will be completely dissolved in less than 5 minutes. The solution should be cloudy during use, if it becomes clear, it should be replaced. An additional cleaning step with water after using Uniclean 9.0 is recommended. For best results, please consult with UPI technical staff to recommend optimal usage conditions. Benefits
