TECHNICAL DATA
Boron Carbide #400
AD0022

Boron Carbide is a high performance abrasive material with chemical and physical properties similar to diamond. Boron Carbide has high chemical resistance and hardness utilized mainly for grinding.

Application

Dilute Boron Carbide in water. Preferred, but not required, water type is DI or RO water.  Boron carbide is a heavy particle and requires strong agitation to prevent hard packing. Concentration can vary per operation. For best results, please consult with UPI technical staff to recommend optimal processing conditions.
