CVA-261

CVA-261 is a colloidal alumina slurry used for polishing a wide variety of materials including aluminum, cadmium, zinc telluride, gallium arsenide, as well as other ferrous alloys.  It is in an acidic colloidal alumina dispersion with advanced chemical-mechanical action that provides superior surface finishes.  

Application

CVA-261 is recommended to use as is, but can be diluted in water if needed. Preferred, but not required, water type is DI or RO water with mild daily agitation.  
 
Concentration can vary per operation. For best results, please consult with UPI technical staff to recommend optimal processing conditions.
