CVA-262 Colloidal Alumina Polishing Slurry
CVA-262

CVA-262 is a colloidal alumina slurry used for polishing a wide variety of materials including: aluminum, cadmium zinc telluride, gallium arsenide, indium phosphide, nickel, spinel, zinc selenide as well as other ferrous alloys. CVC-262 has advanced chemical-mechanical action that provides aggressive removal rates with superior surfaces and low scatter finishes.

Application

CVA-262 is recommended to use as is, but can be diluted in water if needed. Preferred, but not required, water type is DI or RO water with mild daily agitation.

Concentration can vary per operation. For best results, please consult with UPI technical staff to recommend optimal processing conditions.
