Hastilite Super PO polishing compound has been specifically developed for critical polishing applications whose requirements are not met by conventional polishing technology. The base materials for the Super PO are rare earth oxides that are processed with additives enhancing the settling and polishing characteristics. The final processing and sizing assures a product with a narrow sub-micron particle size range.

Application

Dilute Hastilite Super PO with water to create slurry. Preferred, but not required, water type is DI or RO water. Concentration can vary per operation. For best results, please consult with UPI technical staff to recommend optimal processing conditions.
