Hastilite Ditron 2.0

Hastilite Ditron is a water based monocrystalline and alpha alumina slurry that is used in the polishing of hard materials, and crystals. Superior surface finishes can be produced on electronic components and parts made of tungsten carbide, silicon carbide, and other ceramic materials. The addition of highly refined and precision graded diamond powder with nanometer sized alpha alumina creates a slurry that can polish hard materials efficiently at a cost driven advantage.

Hastilite Ditron S has enhanced suspension for where thicker slurry is desirable such as brush feeding.

Application

Hastilite Ditron can be used to polish calcium fl uoride, single crystal SiC, hot pressed SiC, sapphire, ceramics, and other hard materials.
