HASTILITE POLY SILICON POLISH 700 is an aqueous slurry of hexagonal SiC crystals specifically designed for polycrystalline silicon. Our unique combination of particles and chemistry gives superior removal rate and surface finish compared to other slurries.

Application

HASTILITE POLY SILICON POLISH 700 can be used with single crystal and polycrystalline silicon. Use HASTILITE POLY SILICON POLISH 700 without diluting. For best results, please consult with UPI technical staff to recommend optimal processing conditions.
