Description

Hastilite 999 has the highest ceria content among the Hastilite series of polishing. With over 99% cerium oxide, it is used where the greatest purity is required.

Application

Dilute Hastilite 999 with water to create slurry. Preferred, but not required, water type is DI or RO water. Concentration can vary per operation. For best results, please consult with UPI technical staff to recommend optimal processing conditions.
