Description

#75175 Holding Wax is a softer wax than stacking waxes. It is used for a variety of blocking and holding applications.

Application

Depending on application, #75175 Holding Wax can be applied in two basic methods:

1. Pre-melt #75175 Holding Wax in a controlled heating vessel, and apply or pour molten wax to blocking plate or lap, and then mount the work piece.
2. Pre-heat the blocking plate or lap and work piece, and wipe the wax across the heated tool and mount the workpiece.

#75175 Holding Wax can be removed from the parts by using UPI’s Uniclear or UniclearII. For best results, please consult with UPI technical staff to recommend optimal processing conditions.
