Description

#450 Polishing Pitch is an extremely flexible polishing pitch used for precision optics lenses as well as a variety of polishing applications.

Application

Pre-heat the pitch and blocking plate or lap, and work piece. Wipe #450 Polishing Pitch across the heated tool or pour pre-melted #450 Polishing Pitch onto the surface. #450 Polishing Pitch can be removed from the parts by using UPI’s Uniclear or Uniclear II. For best results, please consult with UPI technical staff to recommend optimal processing conditions.
