Description

UniClean CE is a unique highly alkaline cleaner designed for the cleaning of cerium oxide slurries and particles from polishing applications.  UniClean CE effectively removes wax, additives, suspension agents, coolants and residue off substrates.  This surfactant can effectively be removed with minimal rinsing at ambient conditions.  

Application

The recommended initial dilution ratio of UniClean CE is 2% by volume, concentrations may vary between 1% and 10% depending upon application. UniClean CE should be used at room temperature, but can be used at slightly elevated temperatures not exceeding 50°C (122°F).  For best results, please consult UPI technical staff to recommend optimal processing conditions.
