When it comes to diamond polishing and lapping, HASTILITE® MORPHUS Series refutes traditional either/or logic of high removal rate or high finish. Rather MORPHUS’ next-generation formula has redefined diamond particle shape to enhance removal rates on an average of 50%, while simultaneously achieving surfaces with impeccable finishes. Synergistically combining mechanical and chemical properties, these diamond slurries also boost clean-ability for easier slurry removal from tools and components.
