Centralized Systems
UNI-P220
Coolant Cleaning & Supply for: several lens-generating machines (LOH,Schneider, OptoTech, etc.)
The UN1-P220 provides a centralized, fully automatic cleaning and treatment system for several machine tools via a central line. Automatic discharge of the separated solids from the centrifuge allows for treatment of larger quantities of solid material without expensive manual assistance. The UN1-P220 SYSTEM can be located in a separate area, freeing up space around the production machine. Optional equipment is available.

Uni-KM 50
Coolant cleaning and supply for: One lens-generating machine (LOH, Schneider, OptoTech, etc.) and for 3-5 edge treatment machines.
Integrated centrifuge system with compact footprint that reliably separates even particles perceivable only by microscope and circulates clean liquid back into the tank.

Uni-MR 120

Mode of operation similar to UN1-KM 50 with higher performance ratings.

Compact Systems
Uni-KP 60 SINGLEZ
Coolant cleaning and supply for: One lens-generating machine (LOH, Schneider, OptoTech, etc.) and for 3-5 edge treatment machines.
Compact system with cutter and compactor for plastic chips and centrifuge for separation of very fine sol id particles. Coolant from the machine tool flows through the press where long chips are cut up and compressed. The coolant is then carried into the centrifuge where even the most minute-sized, solid particles are separated. The clean liquid flows into the system's storage tank and is supplied onto the machine tool. Our CHILLMATE cooling units and/or other equipment are available for optional installation.

Uni-KP 60 TWINZ
Coolant cleaning and supply for: 1 or 2 lens-generating machine(s) (LOH, Schneider, OptoTech, etc.) and for 10 - 12 edge treatment machines.
Similar in construction and operation to the S1NGLEZ, the Tw1NZ includes two centrifuges to treat larger quantities of fine solid particles. Its larger size allows longer periods between emptying the centrifuge insert, and the Tw1NZ will continue to operate on one centrifuge while the other is being discharged of solids.

Compactor
Uni-KP 60
Plastic Chip Cutting & Compacting for: The new generation of lens-generating machine (LOH, Vpro, Schneider, HSC 100, etc.)
The Uni-KP 60 Cutter & Compactor connects directly to the machine tool. Coolant flows directly into the chips press where long plastic chips are cut and compressed, dramatically reducing waste volume.
Residual liquid is collected and pumped back to the central collecting tank.
