Through a thermodynamic process that converts water to vapor and “carries off” contaminated water droplets, the MegaVap Liquid Eliminator dramatically reduces disposal volume, associated costs, and maintains local EPA compliance with permissible discharge levels.

The MegaVap completely encapsulates a 55-gallon drum. Heated from the outside, there is no contact between heating elements and wastewater. This makes it perfect for de-watering waste streams with high solids concentration. Residue accumulates in the drum with no need for evacuation. Rather the drum is capped and hauled away for disposal. The MegaVap’s Mist Eliminator “carries off” the droplets of wastewater created at the boiling surf so there is no environmental impact outside the drum.
