Description

UNASIL GREEN is a hard man-made green silicon carbide (SiC) that possesses high thermal conductivity and high strength at elevated temperatures. UNASIL GREEN can be used on a wide variety of applications including vitrified and resinoid grinding wheels, honing stones, blasting grain or powder, lapping, polishing and many more. UNASIL GREEN is available in 100 – 1500 grit sizes.

Application

For lapping applications, dilute in water. Preferred, but not required, water type is DI or RO water. Concentration can vary per operation. For best results, please consult with UPI technical staff to recommend optimal processing conditions.
