Description

Zirox xP is a fused zirconium oxide polishing material used in a broad array of applications.  Zirox xP is designed to give the finest surface roughness possible when used with pads and pitches.  

Application

Dilute with water. Preferred, but not required, water type is DI or RO water.   Concentration can vary per operation. For best results, please consult with UPI technical staff to recommend optimal processing conditions.
