Description

CSD Cleaner is a low foam alkaline cleaner designed to remove process oils, gummy deposits of oil, grease, swarf and normal shop soils from machine tools, floors, and other hard surfaces.  It combines organic and mineral alkalinity builders, detergents, water conditioners, and deodorizer for optimum performance.  The primary application of CSD is for cleaning machine coolant sumps and surfaces by recirculating CSD cleaner inside the machine like you would a coolant.

Application

For most cleaning applications dilute CSD Cleaner 1:20 by volume.  For heavy deposits of soil and sludge, dilute CSD Cleaner 1:10 by volume.  If adding directly to old coolant, use CSD Cleaner 2-4% by volume.
