Description

RHODOL AOX is an alumina based slurry which provides chemical-mechanical polishing action with superior stock removal rates.

Application

Dilute in water. Preferred, but not required, water type is DI or RO water. Concentration can vary per operation. For best results, please consult with UPI technical staff to recommend optimal processing conditions.
