AlumTX 50 is a high purity polishing alumina. AlumTX 50 maximizes cutting rate with an enhanced chemistry to deliver high removal rate and superior surface finishes.

Application

AlumTX 50 can be used on a wide range of applications including optical materials, metals, crystals, gemstones, and infrared materials. Dilute AlumTX 50 with water to create slurry. Preferred, but not required, water type is DI or RO water. Concentration can vary per operation. For best results, please consult with UPI technical staff to recommend optimal processing conditions.
